NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of Ocean did, on the 27th day of April, 2026, formally adopt a Resolution memorializing the action of the Board taken at its regular meeting held on March 23, 2026 in the Township's Public Meeting Room, Deal and Monmouth Roads, Oakhurst, New Jersey, granting to the applicant, 465 West Park, LLC, amended minor subdivision approval, with bulk variance relief, to amend a condition of the minor subdivision approval previously granted by Resolution dated November 25, 2024 to reflect a 15-foot dedication to the County of Monmouth (rather than a previously approved, identical in size and location easement) for future road widening purposes on each of the two (2) previously formed single-family residential lots, and the subsequent change in the area of each lot, with a previously approved variance for lot width (which remains unchanged), all with respect to the premises located at Block 5.02, Lots 27.01 and 27.02 (formerly collectively identified as Lot 27), commonly known as 461 West Park Avenue and 465 West Park Avenue, Township of Ocean, New Jersey, respectively, in the R-4 Zone.
Please be advised that the resolution for the above applicant has been filed in the Office of the Planning Board, Town Hall, Deal and Monmouth Roads, Oakhurst, and is available for public inspection during normal business hours.
