Nuisance Abatement Municipat Court Franktin County, Ohio Case No. 2025 EVH 60342- City of Columbus, Ohio, Ptaintiff vs. Real Property 2278 Joyce Avenue, et at., Defendants Maziel Blaising, Deceased, whose last known address is 2278 Joyce Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43211 and Heirs or Devisees of Maziel Blaising, Decedent, whose last known address is 2278 Joyce Avenue, Cotumbus, Ohio 43211 but whose current addresses are unknown, are hereby notified that a comptaint was filed in the Franktin County Municipal Court, 375 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that Maziel Blaising, Deceased and Heirs or Devisees of Mazietl Blaising, Decedent are the owners of the premises known as 2278 Joyce Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43211, parcel number 010-070891-00; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore Ptaintiff demands that the premises located at 2278 Joyce Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43211 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or title fail to abate the nuisance, then plaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitable and other relief as the Court determines Ptaintiff to be entitled. Defendants are further notified that a Status Conference has been scheduled for May 11,2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the Franktin County Municipal Court, Environmental Division, Courtroom 15A, 375 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215.
