Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 19, 2025 in the Circuit Court of Brevard County, Florida, Rachel M. Sadoff, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Brevard County, Florida described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK A, RIVER WALK BY THE SEA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 232 RIVERWALK DR, MELBOURNE BEACH, FL 32951; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Brevard County Government Center-North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, FL 32780, on June 17, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
