NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications by 800 Stillwell LLC (licensed adult-use cannabis production and cannabis cultivation facilities) for a change of location from 435 Eureka Avenue to 800 Stillwell Road Suites 50 and 80 will be heard at the regularly scheduled Reno City Council meeting on June 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The new location is located in Ward 1 and the zoning designation is Mixed Employment (ME). The City of Reno Planning Division notes that a cannabis production facility (adult-use) and cannabis cultivation facility (adult-use) are existing allowed uses within the ME zoning district, and business operations are allowed from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Public notice for this application is being posted pursuant to NRS678B.500(2).
