By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 01/12/26, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 06/24/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND known as LOT ONE (1) of BLOCK. EIGHT (8) of GREEN ACRES SUBDIVISION situated in Section 40, Township 16 South, Range 18 East, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, as shown on a map of Green Acres Subdivision prepared by Picciola & Associates, Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, and approved by Marco J. Picciola, II, dated August 21, 1976, revised August 4, 1977, and recorded in Conveyance Book 600, Page 871, under Entry Number 451081 of the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. Said Lot One (1) of Block Eight (8) measures 121.26 feet in width fronting on Eagle Drive, and 121.76 feet in depth on its rear line by a depth of 110.54 feet on its sideline separating Lot One (1) of Block Eight (8) from Lot Two (2) of Block Eight (8) and by a depth of 110 feet on its sideline along Fourth Street and is bounded in front or Southeast by Eagle Drive, in the rear or Northwest by property belonging to Clarence Matherne, now or formerly, on the side towards the forty (40) arpent canal, or Southwest by Lot Two (2) of Block Eight (8), and on the side towards Bayou Lafourche or Northeast by Fourth Street; together with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $159744.74 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
