LEGAL NOTICE Notice of intent of the Board of Supervisors of Manchester Township, York County, PA to hold public hearings on June 9, 2026 (1) at 5:45 p.m. to consider adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-03, Amending Chapter 27, Zoning, Section 202, Zoning Map, to rezone property located on Church Road identified as 236 Church Road, 240 Church Road and 232 Church Road from Office District to Industrial District; and 2) at 5:55 p.m. to consider adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-04, Amending Chapter 27, Zoning, to define and add specific requirements for data centers, energy storage systems and their accessory uses. The public hearings will be held at the Manchester Township Office, 3200 Farmtrail Rd., York, PA 17406. The Board intends to take action on Ordinance No. 2026-03 and Ordinance No. 2026-04 at the public meeting to be held on June 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Office. A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinances may be examined at the Manchester Township Office and the York County Law Resource Center located at 45 N.
