NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The City Council of Hopewell, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building located at 300 North Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia, 23860, to receive public comments regarding the following item(s): An ordinance amending Hopewell City Code Chapter 33 (Streets and Sidewalks) A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public review at the City Clerk’s Office.
