Contract No. 27014PW- Wilmington WWTP Switchgear and Substation 1 & 2 Wilmington, Delaware   The Wilmington Regional WWTP Switchgear and Substation 1 & 2 Installation. This project includes the installation, inspection and testing of the subject equipment. The contractor shall also provide connection to the utility and reconnection of the existing electrical loads. The contractor shall demolish the existing equipment after proof of operation of the new electrical system.   This project is funded by the Delaware Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund: therefore, bidders and the successful contractor must comply with the related Program Requirements. Bidders must comply with the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements, Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements and a mandatory alcohol and drug testing program. This project is subject to State of Delaware Prevailing Wage Rates regulations and the Davis Bacon Wage Rates, whichever is higher.
