Monday, July 20, 2026. Bids may be submitted electronically at www.northwestmsbids.com or may be hand delivered in sealed envelopes.   Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Specification Documents. Bid documents are available at the Office of Purchasing, 2nd floor McCormick Administration Building, 102 Administration Circle, Senatobia, MS 38668.
