NOTICE: is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 285-48(B) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Greenburgh, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, on an application of JIC1958 LLC a.k.a Jonard Tools, for property located at 75 Clearbrook Road, (P.O. Elmsford, NY 10523). Applicant is requesting sign variances from Section 240-3C(8) of the Sign and Illumination Law to increase the maximum height of insignia or key letters in a name on a front-facing sign from 4 ft (permitted) to 6.5 ft (proposed); from Section 240-3D(13)(a) to increase the maximum height of said sign from 2 ft (permitted) to 3 ft (proposed); from Section 240-3C(9) to install (2) wall signs on a non-corner lot – facing front (Clearbrook Rd) and west (proposed) where only one front/street-facing sign is permitted; and from Section 240-3C(8) to increase the maximum height of insignia or key letters on the second (west facing) sign from 4 ft (permitted) to 4.5 ft (proposed); in order to install new wall signage on the subject property. The property is located in the PD - Non Residential Planned Development District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as parcel ID: 7.60-4-3.
The meeting will take place in the Town Hall auditorium and also online via Zoom.
