Journal News ZBA Case No. 26-12 Issue of June 8, 2026 Public Hearing Zoning Board of Appeals Town of Greenburgh NOTICE: is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 285-48(B) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Greenburgh, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, on an application of Steven J. Ivkosic, for property located at 19 Mt. Pleasant Lane, (P.O. Irvington, NY 10533). Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-14B(5)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum distance between an accessory structure (shed/pool house) and a side lot line from 12 ft (required) to 0.90 ft (proposed), from Section 285-14B(5)(b) to reduce the distance between the side lot line and an accessory structure (pool equipment) from 12 ft (required) to 7.4 ft (proposed); and from Section 285-14B(5)(b) to reduce the minimum distance between a concrete patio and a side lot line from 10 ft (required) to 7.4 ft (proposed), in order to install an inground swimming pool and legalize accessory structures on the subject property. The property is located in the R-10 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as parcel ID: 7.360-184-18.
