NOTICE
The City of Ormond Beach and Volusia County hereby give notice of the City and County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between South of US Highway 1, North of Durrance Lane, West of I-95, and East of the Flagler and Volusia County line. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Groover Branch, Unnamed Tributary 1 to Groover Branch, Unnamed Tributary 2 to Groover Branch, and several unnamed ponding areas. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 25-04-5913R for a proposed project. Ormond Crossings is proposing to develop single family dwelling units, a park, and associated roadway infrastructure. Once the project has been completed, a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) request should be submitted that will, in part, revise the following flood hazards along Groover Branch, Unnamed Tributary 1 to Groover Branch, Unnamed Tributary 2 to Groover Branch, and unnamed ponding areas.
Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will increase, decrease, and be established for Groover Branch, Unnamed Tributary 1 to Groover Branch, Unnamed Tributary 2 to Groover Branch, and several unnamed ponding areas.The SFHA will increase, decrease, and be established for Groover Branch, Unnamed Tributary 1 to Groover Branch, Unnamed Tributary 2 to Groover Branch, and several unnamed ponding areas.
