REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF AN AWOS III P/T AT THE SHAWNEE REGIONAL AIRPORT Notice is hereby given that the City of Shawnee will receive sealed bids at City Hall, Office of the City Clerk, at 16 West 9th Street, Shawnee, OK 74801, up to 3:00 PM, WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 2026, the "Bid Deadline" for: PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF AN AWOS III P/T All bids received by said time will be opened at the City Hall Commission Chambers, 16 West 9th Street, Shawnee, OK 74801, at 3:10 PM, WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 2026, and evaluated for completeness and correctness. Any bid received after the Bid Deadline will be returned unopened to the prospective bidder. Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Bidders name or company name on the front. The envelope shall also be labeled with the following words: "BID - PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF AN AWOS III P/T" The Original Bid shall be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Shawnee, with the following: Completed Bid Form, provided as a part of the Request for Bids/Information for Bidders. A sworn Non-Collusion Affidavit on the form provided. A sworn Business Relationship Affidavit on the form provided. Evidence of insurance coverage for Workers Compensation, Commercial General Liability and Business Automobile The Shawnee Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning a reason thereof and to waive any technicalities in the bid process. No bids may be withdrawn or resubmitted within sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening of the sealed bids.
