INVITATION TO BID LICENSE FOR PLEASANT STREET DOCK, 182 Pleasant Street, Hyannis, Massachusetts (Map/Parcel 326/121) The Town of Barnstable Procurement Office, on behalf of the Marine and Environmental Affairs Department, is soliciting bids for a three-year license to tie up at the docking facilities at 182 Pleasant Street, Hyannis, MA 02601. Invitation to Bid (IFB) documents are available online only at the Town of Barnstable Bonfire Procurement Portal: https://townofbarnstable.bonfirehub.com on May 27, 2026, by time 12:00 Noon. The last day to submit questions is no later than Noon June 12, 2026. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this IFB or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued through the Procurement Portal. Bids are due in the Procurement Portal at link above no later than Noon on June 26, 2026. Only bids received online through the Town’s Bonfire Procurement Portal will be accepted. Pleasant Street Dock is owned by the Town of Barnstable and is operated by the Town of Barnstable pursuant to a license. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a license with the conditions of this Invitation to Bid. The term of each license will be for a period of three (3) years encompassing the 2026, 2027, 2028 boating season.
