The defendant, Unknown Successor Trustees of the Lloyd G. Miller Revocable Trust, whose current address is unknown, will take place notice that on December 22, 2026, the Plaintiff, Greenspring Capital Management LLC, not in it’s individual capacity but solely as administrator of RMH 2023-3 Trust, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 01356, in the Court of Common Pleas of Fairfield Conty, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4766 Lancaster Kirkersville Road, Lancaster, OH 43130, Permanent Parcel No. 013-00306.00, (“Real Estate”), and alleged that the defendant has or may have an itnerst in this Real Estate. The defendant, Unknown Successor Trustees of the Lloyd G. Miller Revocable Trust is required to answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the even of the defendant, Unknown Successor Trustees of the Lloyd G. Miller Revocable Trust failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the plaintiff’s complaint.
