All bids so received will be publicly opened and read on Monday June 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM prevailing time at 7000 Lincoln Way East, Fayetteville, PA 17222. Specifications, instructions and bid forms will be furnished by the Chambersburg Saddle Club upon request at 7000 Lincoln Way East, fayetteville, PA 17222 or by emailing chambersburgsaddleclub@gmail.com. The Chambersburg Saddle Club reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in any bid. Awards shall be made only to responsible bidders that possess the potential to perform successfully under the terms and conditions of this procurement. Consideration shall be given to such matters as bidder integrity, compliance with public policy, record of past performance and financial and technical resources when determining responsibility.
