TRIUNFO WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (In person and by virtual attendance) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Triunfo Water & Sanitation District (TWSD) Board of Directors will hold a public hearing (in person and by virtual attendance) at its regular meeting on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 5:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at TWSD Office, 370 N. Westlake Blvd., Suite 100, Westlake Village, CA. The TWSD Board of Directors will receive public comments and consider adoption of the District’s Draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP), which covers the 2025–2030 planning period. The UWMP describes how the District will meet current and projected water demands, documents progress toward State conservation objectives and includes updated water supply and demand projections. Notable updates include anticipated completion of the Pure Water Project Las Virgenes–Triunfo, expected to provide an additional potable water supply source, and inclusion of the District’s Water Shortage Contingency Plan. The TWSD encourages interested parties to attend the public hearing and comment on, or object to, the issues being discussed. If you wish to provide testimony and are unable to attend the meeting, written comments may be addressed to TWSD, 370 N.
