TRIUNFO WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (In person and by virtual attendance) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a report entitled “Sewer Service Charges for Collection on Tax Rolls for Fiscal Year 2026-27” was presented to the Triunfo Water & Sanitation District (TWSD) Board of Directors at its meeting on Monday, May 18, 2026. Pursuant to California Health & Safety Code Section 5473.1, the TWSD proposes to collect charges for sewer service on the tax rolls in the same manner, by the same persons, and at the same time as, together with and not separate from, its general taxes. If this report and proposal are accepted, the amount of the charges, if not paid, shall constitute a lien against the lot or parcel of land against which the charge has been made. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the TWSD Board of Directors will hold a public hearing (in person and by virtual attendance) at its regular meeting on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 5:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at TWSD Office, 370 N. Westlake Blvd., Suite 100, Westlake Village, CA. The TWSD encourages interested parties to attend the public hearing and comment on, or object to, the issues being discussed.   To participate virtually or by phone, please check the TWSD Board agenda, which is posted at least 72 hours before the meeting date at www.TriunfoWSD.com for the Zoom meeting link and instructions.
