On Tuesday, December 9, 2025, the Fayetteville Zoning Commission will hold a meeting to consider the following items. The hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Lafayette Room at City Hall, 433 Hay Street.
LEGISLATIVE HEARINGS:
P25-55. Rezoning (map amendment) to LI for Healy Wholesale Co Inc at 3829 & 3701 Distribution Dr and adjacent parcel (PINs 0429429042000, 0429510930000, 0429511745000), Fayetteville; contact: Mac Healy.
P25-56. A request to rezone a section of property near 941 Ames St. (0437171789000), consisting of 0.22 acres and owned by Peter Stewart, from Community Commercial (CC) to Mixed Residential 5 (MR-5).
Possible Adjustments. The most recent information about the meeting and any access changes will be posted at the City Hall, added to the city website COVID-19 updates, and available by calling the Planning Division at 910-433-1612. Any adjustments will be in response to options available due to COVID-19 restriction changes.
