* * * * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING * * * * BEFORE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR ALLENSWORTH COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT UPON APPLICATION FOR THE PROPOSED ACTIVATION OF LATENT POWERS OF THE ALLENSWORTH COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th day of April, 2026, an application will be filed with the Board of Directors of Allensworth Community Services District (District) for the proposed activation of latent powers to add and activate sewer services to the District's service area. Proposition 218 process will be completed by the District to finance the services requested. The Board of Directors are scheduled to meet on April 9th, 2026 at 9 A.M., in the Allensworth Community Center, Avenue 36, Allensworth, CA, as the date, time and place of the public hearing upon said application. The District, with the services of AM Consulting Engineers have completed a Feasibility study and a Mitigared Negative Declaration was prepared by Crawford & Bowen Planning for the proposed sewer improvements project. Interested people may obtain copies of said documents at the Tulare County, 221 S Mooney Blvd., Visalia, CA. Interested individuals and organizations are encouraged to attend to voice their opinion regarding the proposed project for their community or neighborhood.
