Reading Community Schools - Notice of Bid Posting The Reading Community Schools Board of Education is accepting bids for the rental of 37.2 acres of school-owned farmland located at 519 W. Elm Street, Reading, MI. The rental agreement will be in effect for three (3) growing years and would provide for the dissolution of all or part of the agreement should the land be required for educational purposes, land transfer/sale, or property development. The rental agreement will also stipulate that half (1/2) of the agreed upon lease amount will be due by May 1 of each growing year and the other half (1/2) by December 1 of the growing year.
