PUBLIC NOTICE The Hopewell City Council will conduct public hearings at a meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in the Municipal Building, 300 North Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia 23860, for the purpose of receiving comments regarding the following requests in accordance with Article XXI Amendments, of the Hopewell Zoning Ordinance and the Code of Virginia 15.2-2285. A conditional use permit request submitted by A&K Enterprises LLC to use Parcel #089-1395, also identified as 3400 Oaklawn Blvd., as a single-family dwelling. A conditional use permit request submitted by Kenri Kade Properties LLC to construct a single-family dwelling on a non-conforming lot, Parcel #011-0875, also identified as 405 3-1/2 St., located in the RO-4 Residential High Density-Office District. An appeal of a decision of the Architectural Review Board regarding exterior façade changes at 206 N. 2nd Street in accordance with Article XXIII, Historic Preservation. Main St., Hopewell, Virginia 23860, during normal business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
