PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on July 11, 2025 in the amount of $169,664.68 the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:
TIME: October 14, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.
TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. DESCRIPTION: That part of an existing tract of land as recorded in Volume 276 of Deeds, Page 209, located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 2, Township 19 North, Range 24 East, City of Two Rivers, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, lying East of the following described reference line: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 2, thence South 0° 48' 14" West, along the 1/4 section line a distance of 8.98 feet to the tangent centerline of Wisconsin State Highway 310 (recorded as 10.00 feet), thence South 66° 24' 19" East, along said tangent centerline a distance of 1112.71 feet to the point of real beginning of said reference line, thence North 26° 20' 34" East, along said reference line a distance of 521.42 feet to the North line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 as it was previously established.
