By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2502-MF-000201 wherein Reliance First Capital, LLC was Plaintiff, and Roy Dowling, Deceased; Tommy Dowling; James G. Pittman, as Administrator of the Estate of Roy Dowling, Deceased; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Roy Dowling, Deceased; Estate of Roy Dowling, Deceased were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14 day of October, 2025, at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 1420 I St. Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
