Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered February 5, 2025, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at Lobby of the Westchester County Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., White Plains, NY 10601 on October 1, 2025 at 9:30 AM. Premises known as 462 South 4th Avenue Unit 109, Mount Vernon, NY 10550. Sec 163.39 Block 3091 Lot 20.9. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Village of Mount Vernon, Town of Eastchester, County of Westchester and State of New York. Approximate Amount of Judgment is $142,060.16 plus interest, fees, and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index No 57678/2023. Cash will not be accepted at the sale.
