BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 5/15/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 10/8/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
Lot fifteen (15) of addendum no. 5 to Holiday Park Subdivision, being more particularly shown and designated on a plat entitled "Addendum no. 5 to Holiday Park Subdivision, a subdivision of property located in Section 5 and 95, T17S, R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana" prepared by Theta-II Enterprises, Inc., dated April 26, 1984 and recorded under entry no. 740467, map no. 7097, of the records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana; which lot measures a front of 55' feet on the north side of Holiday Drive, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 107' feet, and having a width on its rear line of 55 feet; said lot being bounded as follows: northerly by Lot 14, addendum 5 to Holiday Park Subdivision, southerly by Holiday Drive, easterly by Lot 16, addendum 5 to Holiday Park Subdivision, and westerly by Verna Street; together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $175461.24, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
