BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 6/27/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 10/8/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND more particularly known as LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK ONE (1), WAYNE AVENUE ESTATES, located in Section 5, T17S-R17E, on that plat recorded at Entry Number 947700, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and entitled, "WAYNE AVENUE ESTATES WESTGATE DEVELOPMENT, INC., A SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 5, T17S-R17E, TERREBONNE PARISH, LOUISIANA" prepared by Milford & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineering, Houma, Louisiana, and dated February 2, 1994. Said lot is more particularly described as follows: Having a front of Sixty (60') feet on Wayne Avenue, with a rear of Sixty (60') feet between equal and parallel lines of one hundred thirty six (136') feet. Said lot is bounded as follows: Northerly by Wayne Avenue, Southerly by Lowe's Home Centers, Inc. or assigns, Easterly by Lot 6, Block 1, Wayne Avenue Estates and Westerly by Lot 8, Block 1, Wayne Avenue Estates, together with all buildings and improvements thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $173586.91, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
