TOWN OF SHARON BOARD OF APPEALS

Applicant seeks renewal for an additional two (2) year period of the Special Permit issued to Kapanos, Inc. with respect to the property located at 2-4 Merchant Street (the “Property”) relative to the cultivation operations of a Marijuana Establishment and the retail operations of a Marijuana Establishment at the Property.
1. Applicant seeks renewal for an additional two (2) year period pursuant to Sharon Zoning Bylaw Sec. 3650(c)(2) of the Special Permit issued on or about February 1, 2024, in a Decision on Application for Special Permit, Case No. 1925, granting a Special Permit to the Applicant to conduct the cultivation operations of a Marijuana Establishment at the Property.
2. Applicant seeks a Special Permits to conduct retail operations of a Marijuana Establishment at the Property.
3. Applicant also requests the granting of such other Special Permits, Variances, Findings or any other relief which the Zoning Board determines requisite for the proposed use.
Property is located at 2-4 Merchant which is located in the Light Industrial zoning district within the Groundwater Protection District.
