And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS AND SEVENTY NINE CENTS ($85,290.79) DOLLARS, along with
interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
