TAKE NOTICE that White River Operating, LLC has filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No. 369-2025-D requesting the Board to grant an extension of the inactive well status under Rule 28 for the Willow Glen No. 1 Well (API 2300123351) located in Section 13, Township 6 North, Range 3 West, Willow Glen Field, Adams County, Mississippi. The Petition will be heard by the Board at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 15th day of October 2025, at 500 E.
