LEGAL NOTICE   Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of East Rockhill Township will consider the Conditional Use Application of the Like a Mustard Seed, LLC (“Applicant”) at a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, Sep-tember 23, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Per-kasie, PA 18944. The Conditional Use Application is for the establishment of an A-12 Accessory Farm Business on the property located at 1200 Butler Lane, Perkasie, PA 18944, more particularly described as Bucks Tax Map Parcel No. 12-011-048, located in the AP- Agricultural Preservation Zoning District. Applicant, in accordance with Section 501(b) of Chapter 27 of the Township of East Rockhill Code of Ordinances, filed a Conditional Use Ap-plication and requested ap-proval for the proposed A-12 Accessory Farm Business. A copy of the Conditional Use Application may be viewed at the Township Building at 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA 18944 during regular business hours. The public hearing on this Conditional Use Application shall take place at the above-referenced time and place before the Board of Supervisors of East Rockhill Township and all interested parties and the public are welcome to attend.
