By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 04/04/24, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 10/08/25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
Property situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon; and all of the rights, ways; privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, more fully shown on a map entitled "Addendum No. 2 to Guidry & Toups Realty, Inc.," a subdivision in Section 19 & 20, T-18-S, R-21-E, Lafourche Parish, LA dated March 7, 1966, made by John F. Hoffman, C.E. a copy of said map which is filed with the Clerk of Court of the Parish of Lafourche to which reference is hereby made to the same extent as if the said blue print were hereto annexed and made part hereof, and, according to which the said property is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 7 of Block 6 measures 90 feet in width fronting on Oak Street, same width on the rear, by a depth of 107.24 feet on the side line separating Lot 7 of Block 6 from Lot 5 of Block 6, and a depth of 106.44 feet on the side line separating Lot 7 of Block 6 from 4th Street.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $158065.68 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
