CONDENSED MINUTES Special meeting of the Common Council of the City of Greenfield held at the Greenfield City Hall on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 6:15 PM. Mayor Neitzke presiding; Ald. Drzewiecki, Bailey, Akers and Saryan present. Ald. Kastner excused. The following actions taken by Council: Approve Amended and Restated August 25, 2021 Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Greenfield ("City") and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation ("State" or "WisDOT") regarding improvements at or near I-894 & SH 36. Motion by Ald. Akers, seconded by Ald. Bailey. Adopt Resolution 4079 to memorialize and approve the execution and submission of the City's participation forms for the Purdue Direct Opioid Settlement by the Mayor for the City of Greenfield. Motion by Ald. Akers, seconded by Ald. Bailey. Motion by Ald. Drzewiecki, seconded by Ald. Bailey to adjourn at 6:19 PM.
