The project will be a full replacement of two (2) existing terminal concourses, partial passenger boarding bridge replacement, airfield pavement (apron and taxiway/taxi lane) work, infrastructure and utility relocation, and demolition of existing structures and pavements. The project is expected to be out for bid on the corrected date of October 09, 2025. In addition to any requirements that the Owner may have, McCarthy requires that: Subcontractors having subcontract amounts over $500,000 and exterior skin scopes of work, including waterproofing, roofing, plaster, and fall protection systems, contractors provide performance and payment bonds, and Suppliers having purchase order amounts greater than $500,000 provide contract supply bonds. All bonds are to be for 100% of the subcontract or purchase order amount, as applicable, and from a surety listed in U.S. Treasury Circular 570 and have an A.M. Best Rating of A- or better. If your firm is listed as a proposed subcontractor in any listing required by law or the contract documents, such listing and subsequent award of a subcontract are contingent on your firm providing bonds meeting both Owner and McCarthy requirements.
