Notice of a Public Hearing
The Stevens Point Housing Authority (SPHA) will hold an annual public hearing to obtain citizen comment regarding the plans, goals, objectives, and policies of the SPHA. Comments will be accepted until 12 noon CT on October 27, 2025. The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain citizen comment regarding the 5-Year PHA Plan for 2025 to 2029. The 5-Year PHA Plan is available for review at: Stevens Point Housing Authority, Central Office, 1300 Briggs Court, Stevens Point, WI 54481. Copies of the 5-Year PHA Plan for 2025 to 2029 and any changes can be viewed via email request to Idowu Odedosu, Executive Director, SPHA at iodedosu@spha-wi.org or mailed to your home address if requested. Questions and/or comments on the 5-Year PHA Plan for 2025 to 2029 and any changes should be directed to iodedosu@spha-wi.org or at (715) 341-3444 Ext. 5. The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) requires that the 5-Year PHA Plan for 2025 to 2029 changes be offered for public review for a 45-day period annually. At the end of this period, a Public Hearing will be held. Any person who has special needs should contact the SPHA as soon as possible to ensure a reasonable accommodation can be made.
