By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D07-1807-MF-004099 wherein Firstkey Master Funding 2021 - A Collateral Trust was Plaintiff, and Thomas Cox; State of Indiana; Joseph Willis were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30th day of October, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
