APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94638 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 4th day of August 2025 Nevada Department of Transportation of Carson City, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 0.733 c.f.s., 76.44 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 401 of the Orr Ditch Decree. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River (Sullivan and Kelly Ditch) at a point located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 11, T19N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 14, T19N, R19E, MDB&M bears S 60 degrees 00 minutes W, a distance of 3,201 feet.
