Each bidder must deposit with his/her proposal a bid security in an amount equal to at least 10% of the Base Bid. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 120 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Successful bidders, must enter into the Agreement and furnish a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance with fifteen (15) days after notification acceptance of such proposals, all as more specifically required in the Contract Documents.
