NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Bucks County Airport Authority will receive proposals for Contract UKT 2024-04 until 2:00 PM on October 8, 2025. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM the same day on October 8, 2025, at the Office of the Bucks County Airport Authority, 3879 Old Easton Road, Doylestown, PA 18902. Bids are to be delivered to the above address.
Contract UKT 2024-04 includes: Construct T-Hangars, Phase 1 (Procurement).
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on September 24, 2025; 10:00 AM via Microsoft Teams.

The drawings, specifications and other contract documents are on file and open to the public for inspection during normal business hours at the office of the OWNER, Bucks County Airport Authority, 3879 Old Easton Road, Doylestown, PA 18902. The prospective Bidder is encouraged to contact Ed Strzelski for review of documents at 215.345.1970 for information on where the documents are located within their office and any special procedures for accessing the documents. These documents are also available for review at the office of the ENGINEER, GFT Infrastructure, Inc., 615 West Highland Avenue Ebensburg, PA 15931, Telephone: 814.419.7959. Contract documents, proposal forms and drawings may be obtained from the ENGINEER, for Free (electronic). All inquiries should be directed to the Project Coordinator, Aaron D. Bids shall be prepared and submitted on the prescribed forms in accordance with instructions contained in the Instructions to Bidders and General Provisions (Section 20) Divisions of the Project Manual. The Bucks County Airport Authority expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same. Each bidder must deposit with his/her proposal a bid security in an amount equal to at least 10% of the Base Bid. Said security shall be in the form and subject to the conditions given in Section 20 of the General Provisions. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 120 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Successful bidders, must enter into the Agreement and furnish a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance with fifteen (15) days after notification acceptance of such proposals, all as more specifically required in the Contract Documents.
The Bucks County Airport Authority, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d 4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 26, Nondiscrimination in Federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation, issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
