(920) 468-5225 This ordinance amends Village of Bellevue Zoning Ordinance Chapter 500-500 — Residential Districts Date of Plan Commission Recommendation: July 15. 2025 Class 2 Hearing Notice Publications: August 3, 2025 and August 8, 2025 Date of Public Hearing: August 13, 2025 Date of Adoption: August 13, 2025 The Village of Bellevue Board of Trustees, Brown County, Wisconsin, does herewith enact and ordain as follows: Section 1: A Full copy of Chapter 500 — Village of Bellevue Zoning Ordinance is available for viewing at the Village Offices located at 3100 Eaton Road, Bellevue, WI 54311. Section 2: More Restrictive Provision to Apply, Where other regulations contained herein are either more or less restrictive than comparable conditions imposed by provisions contained in this zoning ordinance, or any other law, ordinance, rule, resolution, or regulations, the requirements that are more restrictive or which impose a higher standard shall govern. Section 3: Severability. The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If any section, phrase, sentence, or portion of this Ordinance is for any reason adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such portions shall be deemed a separate, distinct, and independent provision, and such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof. Section 4: Penalties. Any person found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter or any order, rule or regulation made hereunder shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1 of the Municipal Code of Ordinances. This section shall not preclude the Village of Bellevue from maintaining any appropriate action to prevent or remove a violation of this section. Section 5: Effective Date.
