PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting on September 24, 2025, 6:00 pm at Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, NY 12538; it is also broadcast live on cable channel 22. All persons who wish to speak on the application will be heard. Written comments may be emailed to the Secretary at zbasec@hydeparkny.us or mailed to the attention of ZBA Secretary, 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, NY 12538. Comments must arrive at Town Hall by 4:00 pm on the above-mentioned day of the meeting to be entered into the record. All reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities. AREA VARIANCES from Section 108-4.3B(5)(b) in the Greenbelt District to allow animal husbandry to be conducted as close as 93 feet from a residence on another lot where 250 feet is required, and from Section 108-4.3B(5)(e) to allow enclosed storage of manure as close as 50 feet to a well, and as close as 93 feet to a neighboring residence, where 200 feet is required.
