By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
PLAINTIFF'S MORTGAGE AND/OR PRIVILEGE AFFECTS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT:
LOT 28, WOODLANDS SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION IN THE TOWN OF GREENWOOD, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 4000, PAGE 264, RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED/MOBILE HOME SITUATED ON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY, BEING A 2004 THE ENTERTAINER, 0764F, SERIAL NO. TXFL484A21053-CY11 AND TXFL484B21053-CY11, WHICH SAID MANUFACTURED HOME/MOBILE HOME WAS IMMOBILIZED PURSUANT TO AFFIDAVIT TO IMMOBILIZE MOBILE HOME DATED MARCH 25, 2004 AND FILED FOR RECORD AS INSTRUMENT NO. 1909826 OF THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
