Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids, all bids, which have been submitted in accordance with the above conditions, will be publicly opened and read aloud. The equipment to be bid upon is valve exerciser and hydro excavation trailer with GPS equipment. Sealed proposals for the contract shall be clearly marked on the outside of the container as follows: Sealed proposal for VALVE EXERCISER/HYDRO VACUUM TRAILER for HENDERSON COUNTY WATER DISTRICT Not to be opened until 10:00 AM CST on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in another envelope and mailed to the Henderson County Water District at 655 S Main St, Henderson, KY 42420 allowing sufficient time for such mailing to reach this address prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. The Henderson County Water District reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any formalities and any bid that is obviously unbalanced may be rejected.
