NOTICE   The Zoning Hearing Board of Doylestown Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a pub-lic hearing on Monday, Sep-tember 29, 2025 at 7:00 PM, at the Doylestown Township Building, 425 Wells Road, Doylestown, PA, to consider the application of Lois Jones, regarding Tax Parcel No. 09-007-110-005, which is located at 985 Almshouse Road, in the R-1a, Residential Zoning District of Doylestown Township. Ap-plicant seeks to subdivide the ten (10) acre property into five (5) lots to support five (5) separate single-family detached residential dwellings. In order to facilitate the proposed development, Applicant requests the following variances from the Doylestown Township Zoning Ordinance (“Ordinance”): (1) from §175-34, to permit proposed Lots 1 and 2 to be .0755 acres and 0.756 acres in size, where a minimum of 2 acres is re-quired; (2) from §175-34, to permit a minimum lot width of 162 feet, where 200 feet is required; and, (3) from §175-34, to permit a front yard of 75 feet for the two (2) Almshouse Road front-age lots, where 100 feet is required.
