NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF BOND RESOLUTION NOTICE is hereby given that Lyndhurst Resolution No. 22255-25 entitled, "RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NON-RECOURSE REDEVELOPMENT AREA BONDS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LYNDHURST IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,000,000", was adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Lyndhurst, in the County of Bergen, State of New Jersey on the 9th day of September, 2025. A copy of the resolution is filed for public inspection in the office of the Township Clerk, Lyndhurst Township Municipal Annex Building, 253 Stuyvesant Avenue, Lyndhurst, New Jersey. Any action or proceeding of any kind or nature in any court questioning the validity or proper authorization of bonds provided for by the bond resolution or the validity of any covenants, agreements or contracts provided for by the bond resolution shall be commenced within 20 days after September 16, 2025, which is the date of the publication of this notice.
