PUBLIC NOTICE September 2025 Advertisement of Bid Separate sealed Bid Proposals for the Parowan Water Diversion Project will be received by Parowan City at the Parowan City Office at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, UT 84761, until no later than 3:00 p.m., October 7th, 2025, and at that time will be opened publicly and read aloud in the City Council Chambers. Parowan City reserves the right to not award the project to the low bidder. This project involves the construction of an earthen dam and a concrete intake structure, along with a concrete desilting structure designed to remove sediment before water conveyance. The desilting structure will connect to a 36-inch irrigation line and a 24-inch recharge line, which will be installed by others. Parowan City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity.
