PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BIDDERS TOWNSHIP OF EVESHAM PLENARY RETAIL CONSUMPTION LICENSE   TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Evesham, by the authority of the Township Council, by Resolution No. 329-2025, adopted on September 10, 2025, has determined to issue a plenary retail consumption license through public sale to the highest qualified bidder; and TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Township of Evesham is accepting sealed bids on Monday, the 27th day of October at 2:00 P.M. in the Township Clerk’s Office, Room 201, Evesham Township Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ 08053 for the issuance of a Plenary Retail Consumption License.   CONDITIONS OF THE SALE   1. Prospective bidder must be qualified to have an interest in a retail license under the standards set forth in the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and regulations thereunder, N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 13.2-1.1 et seq, and any Township Ordinances.   2. Prospective bidder must submit the following to Township Clerk’s Office, Room 201, Evesham Township Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ 08053 no later than Monday, October 27th at 2:00 P.M. to qualify:      a. A certification of proof of compliance by the applicant that it meets any and all conditions or requirements of this public notice. Such certification shall state specifically that the applicant knows of no reason why said applicant would be disqualified from having an interest in a Plenary Retail Consumption License.    b. Proof of financial ability to undertake the purchase of the license and the contemplated project/premises.    c. Information regarding type, size and special features of the contemplated project/premises. The actual location of the license will be determined through the normal licensing process that takes place after the highest bid is accepted.    d. Records of past ABC violations involving the prospective bidder or bidder’s principals (i.e., owners of more than a 10% equity or debt interest).    e. Separately sealed envelope with the applicant’s bid enclosed. All bids must be submitted by certified check or money order. Said envelope shall be labeled with the name and address of the applicant and indicate “Bid for Evesham Township Plenary Retail Consumption License”   3. Bidder must submit a full and completed 12-page retail license application form as required by the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control with the appropriate filing fee by certified check or money order payable to the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control no later than 2:00 P.M. on October 27, 2025. 4. The minimum acceptable bid will be $1,000,000.00 5. Qualified bidders will be announced by the Township Clerk at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, November 24, 2025 in Conference Room B of the Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ 08053. 6. Qualified bids will be opened by the Township Clerk at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, December 1, 2025 in Conference Room B of the Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey. No bids will be opened from or on behalf of any prospective bidder who does not qualify. 7. The actual award of license/sale may be postponed or cancelled at any time prior to the opening of the bids. 8. The Township reserves the right to reject all bids where the highest bidder is not accepted. 9. The highest qualified bidder shall submit payment of his bid price by certified check or money order at the time of submission of the application. 10.
