Fond du Lac Board of Education 72 West Ninth Street Fond du Lac, Wisconsin Monday, August 11, 2025 Regular Meeting Proceedings Convene Call to Order The Regular Meeting was called to order by President Moder at 5:00 p.m. Members Present: Luke Frame, Mark Henschel, Joe Lavrenz, Karen Moehn, Tom Oliver, Joan Pennau, Katie Moder Administrative Staff Members: Steinbarth, Bowers, Gerlach, Groves, Lombardo, Marien Approval of Consent Agenda Motion by Mark Henschel, second by Joe Lavrenz, that the Board of Education approve the consent agenda as follows: July 21, 2025 Workshop Minutes, Personnel Recommendations - Resignation and New Hires, and Bi-Monthly Financial Report. Frame explained clarifications on purchases in the financial report. Motion Carried, ayes 7. Aye: Luke Frame, Mark Henschel, Joe Lavrenz, Katie Moder, Karen Moehn, Tom Oliver, Joan Pennau Approval of July 21, 2025 Regular Meeting Minutes Motion by Karen Moehn, second by Luke Frame, that the Board of Education approve the July 21, 2025 Regular Meeting Minutes with the following amendment to item 9. Other Appropriate Matters, add "not attend some meetings or be at many school functions" to the end of Mr. Oliver's comments. Motion Carried, ayes 7.
