Elm Tree on the Monument Dr. side of 40 Charlton St, across from 7 Monument Dr. Tree #2: 18” (Dia.) Elm Tree on the Monument Dr. side of 40 Charlton St, across from 7 Monument Dr. This notice is also posted in the Oxford Town Clerk’s Office, 325 Main Street, Oxford, MA and at the Oxford Department of Public Works Office,450 Main Street, Oxford. In accordance with Chapter 87, Section 3 of the Mass. General Laws, a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Department of Public Works Headquarters, 450 Main Street, Oxford, MA.
