BUCKINGHAM TOWNSHIP OPEN SPACE AND LAWN MAINTENANCE BID NOTICE Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 20, 2025, after which no bid may be submitted. Bids will be publicly opened at 3:05 pm, read and taken under advisement by Buckingham Township at the Administration offices located at 4613 Hughesian Drive, Buckingham, Pennsylvania for open space and lawn maintenance at multiple open space, parklands, wastewater treatment/spray sites and water operation’s sites. Persons wishing to withdraw their bid may do so only by written notice prior to award. ALL prospective bidder are required to attend a pre-bid site visit at 10 AM with Township Personnel on Friday, September 26, 2025 — site visit will originate from the Township Building 4613 Hughesian Drive in Buckingham Township. Specifications, information for bidders and proposal forms may be obtained or examined at the Buckingham Township Building, 4613 Hughesian Drive, Buckingham, Pennsylvania. Consideration of bid award is tentatively scheduled for the Board of Supervisors public business meeting of Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
