BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 7/23/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET, SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 10/22/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P.M., the following
described property, to wit
LOT NO. TWENTY-ONE (21) OF BLOCK NO. ONE (1) of GRAND CAILLOU HEIGHTS, located in the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, about
two (2) miles below the City of Houma, Louisiana in Section 105, T-17-S,
R-17-E, as shown on the plan of addendum No. One (1) to Grand Caillou
Heights made by S. Allen Munson, Civil Engineer on May 29, 1952, duly
recorded in COB 187 under Entry No. 109,884, Terrebonne Parish; said lot
measuring a front of eighty (80') feet on the North side of Mary Ann Avenue
by a depth of One Hundred Sixty (160') feet by equal and parallel lines; said lot being bounded on the North by property of R.R. Barrow, Inc. or assigns, on
the South by Mary Ann Avenue, on the East by Lot No. Twenty two (22) of
Block No. One (1) of said subdivision; together with all improvements thereon, and with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and
outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
